The Dsquare Mentorship Program

We’re training the next generation of drug development professionals through our Mentorship Program: a 6–12 month hybrid apprenticeship that transforms Puerto Rican graduates into industry-ready experts.

 

Supported by the PRDEDC 21st Century Techforce BioInnovate Program, the Dsquare Mentorship Program offers 6–12 month hybrid training tracks that include on-site work at our MSRC and Galephar facilities. Participants gain hands-on experience in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and advanced manufacturing.

Program Highlights :
• Hybrid format: on-site at Molecular Science Research Center and Galephar and online industry-related online training
• Mentorship by Dsquare, Galephar, and GCM industry experts
• Tracks: Clinical Trial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management, Manufacturing & Quality Systems
• Outcomes: Job placement, certification, and long-term local employment
